CIT Woden - Cappello Commercial Hydraulics & Civil
The CIT Woden project was delivered in the suburb of Phillip by Cappello Commercial Hydraulics & Civil Pty Ltd as part of the ACT Government’s major CIT Woden Campus precinct development. Cappello was responsible for the civil and landscape works supporting the new education campus, youth foyer and transport interchange, creating high-quality public realm and connection between the precinct elements. The works helped deliver a future-focused education environment that supports thousands of students
annually while strengthening urban connectivity and community outcomes in Woden.
South Jerrabomberra Town Park, Learn to Ride Facility - Canberra Contractors, The Village Building Co Limited, RAM Constructions and Spiire
The South Jerrabomberra Town Park – Learn to Ride Facility was delivered in the suburb of Tralee by Canberra Contractors, with joint entrants The Village Building Co Limited, RAM Constructions and Spiire. The project created a purpose-built miniature road network featuring intersections, signage and traffic signals to provide a safe, educational
environment for children to learn road and cycling skills. Completed as part of the broader town park, the facility delivers long-term community and educational benefits through inclusive design, strong collaboration and precise civil delivery.
