South Jerrabomberra Town Park and Community Centre - The Village Building Company Limited, RAM Constructions & Spiire

This landmark community precinct was delivered by Canberra Contractors in partnership with joint entrants The Village Building Company Limited, RAM Constructions and Spiire in the suburb of Tralee. The project includes extensive bulk earthworks, civil infrastructure, landscaping and recreational facilities to support a 2.5‑hectare town park and community centre serving the growing South Jerrabomberra community. Featuring inclusive play spaces, a splash pad, learn‑to‑ride track and a sustainably powered community centre, the

project provides a long‑term civic hub for recreation, culture and social connection.

West Belconnen Southern Pathway Break Landfill Remediation - Complex Co, Suburban Land Agency & Egis Consulting

Delivered by Complex Co Pty Ltd with joint entrants Suburban Land Agency, Egis Consulting and Douglas Partners, this project provides critical environmental infrastructure in the suburb of Belconnen. The works involved construction of a large‑scale passive landfill gas interception and venting system to safely manage gas migration from the former West Belconnen landfill. Through innovative trenching, drilling and material solutions, the project enables future development while protecting surrounding land and the environment.

Paddy's River Storm Damage Remediation - Woden Contractors

Woden Contractors delivered this remediation project following storm damage to a road embankment in the suburb of Paddy’s River. The works included embankment stabilisation, rock revetment installation, verge reconstruction and safety barrier upgrades to restore

structural integrity and road safety. Completed ahead of programme, the project reinstated full traffic access while providing long‑term resilience against future storm events.

Garden City Cycleway Stage 1C - Cord Civil

This active‑travel project was delivered by Cord Civil Pty Ltd in the suburb of Ainslie. The scope included construction of a 3‑metre‑wide shared asphalt cycleway, raised pedestrian crossings, lighting, drainage and landscaping to improve connectivity and safety for cyclists and pedestrians. Carefully staged to minimise community disruption, the project enhances the local streetscape and supports sustainable transport outcomes within the Garden City cycle network.
