DHA Academy Close Subdivision, Campbell - Vast Earthworks & Civil
The DHA Academy Close Subdivision was delivered by Earthworks ACT Pty Ltd trading as Vast Earthworks & Civil, providing a complete civil package for a Defence Housing Australia residential development. Located in Campbell, the project included bulk and detailed earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, bridge structures over an existing water main, and staged subdivision infrastructure delivered concurrently with housing construction. Close coordination with Projex Building Residential and consultants enabled progressive handovers while maintaining asset protection, safety and quality outcomes.
Jacka 2 Stage 1C - Woden Contractors
Jacka 2 Stage 1C was delivered by Woden Contractors as Principal Contractor for the Suburban Land Agency as part of the broader Jacka residential estate. Located in Jacka,
the works created serviced residential blocks supported by roads, hydraulics, services, landscaping and public open space within a sensitive environmental setting. The project required complex staging and interface management to coordinate civil delivery alongside adjacent estate works and downstream approvals.
Gold Creek, Extension to the Grove - Cord Civil
Gold Creek – Extension to the Grove was delivered by Cord Civil Pty Ltd to support the expansion of a retirement and aged care precinct. Located in Ngunnawal, the subdivision works included extensive earthworks, roads, drainage, services, retaining walls and staged civil infrastructure delivered across multiple separable portions. Challenging rock conditions and staged design approvals were managed through adaptive construction methods and close stakeholder coordination
Sunningdale Subdivision, Murrumbateman - Woden Contractors
The Sunningdale Subdivision was delivered by Woden Contractors as Head Contractor
for a 37-lot residential release in Murrumbateman. The project included bulk
earthworks, internal roads, drainage, sewer pump station infrastructure, a
pedestrian bridge and widening of surrounding road infrastructure. Extensive
design coordination and staged approvals were managed throughout construction
to deliver a fully serviced and future-ready subdivision.
