The South Jerrabomberra Town Park and Community Centre was delivered in the suburb of Tralee by Canberra Contractors, alongside joint entrants The Village Building Co. Limited, RAM Constructions and Spiire. The project created a landmark 2.5‑hectare community precinct featuring a region‑leading splash pad, all‑abilities playground, learn‑to‑ride facility, public art, sporting amenities and a solar‑powered community centre. Through close collaboration and integrated civil, landscape and building works, the project provides a vibrant recreational and cultural hub that supports long‑term community wellbeing and social connection.
Netball ACT Court Remediation Works - Stage 2 - Complex Co
The Netball ACT Court Remediation Works – Stage 2 project was delivered by Complex Co Pty Ltd across the suburbs of Deakin, Charnwood and Calwell. The project involved the rehabilitation and upgrade of three community netball facilities, addressing underlying drainage and subgrade failures to deliver high‑performance playing surfaces built to competitive standards. Through innovative civil engineering solutions and adaptive delivery, the works have extended asset life, improved player safety and strengthened community sporting infrastructure across Canberra.
